This Pina Colada Smoothie is a family favorite! It not only tastes delicious, but it is healthy and detoxing!
1. DROP 2 CUPS OF SPINACH IN YOUR BLENDER
2. ADD 2 CUPS OF FRESH OR FROZEN PINEAPPLE ALONG WITH 2 CUPS OF WATER
3. ADD 2 TEASPOONS OF COCONUT OIL
4. CUT 1 LIME IN HALF AND SQUEEZE THE JUICE FROM THE ENTIRE LIME INTO THE BLENDER
